Our Founders
Andrew Schmutter
Head of Operations
Andrew Schmutter is Head of Operations for S&B Commerce. He studied Finance and Information Systems at Loyola University Maryland, giving him a strong analytical and financial skillset. Andrew's professional experience includes working at two of Baltimore's top venture capital firms, Knollwood Investment Advisory and StepStone Group. Andrew first came to Baltimore to study at Loyola and fell in love with the city during his time here.

Declan Budnitz
Head of Partnerships
Declan Budnitz is the Head of Partnerships for S&B Commerce LLC. He studied Finance at Loyola University Maryland and has a diverse background in sales and marketing at Bozzuto Group and in venture capital at StepStone Group. Declan brings a unique perspective to his role at S&B Commerce, where he aims to forge lasting partnerships with brands and distributors. Declan is a Baltimore native and understands that our city is truly special.

Our Projects
In November '23, S&B Commerce was 1 of 12 companies accepted into the competitive Baltipreneurs Accelerator through Loyola University Maryland. The Baltipreneurs Accelerator is helping build a more prosperous and equitable Baltimore. The program works with ecosystem partners to provide funding, training, and mentorship for Baltimore’s innovators, including Loyola students, faculty, and staff, with a preference for women entrepreneurs and founders of color.
